Guest Service Supervisor - Aventura Station

As a Guest Service Supervisor at Aventura Station, you will assist the Station Manager in daily operations, create a culture of engagement, and ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience. You will also rotate as a Duty Manager, monitor schedules, and interact with guests and station teammates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-traffic environments such as hospitality, guest services, or transportation
• Ability to work with people, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt communication style to connect with diverse individuals
• Ability to assist guests with special needs, including providing wheelchair support
• Sound judgment, independence, and ability to think and act quickly
• Excellent verbal and listening skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service
