Job Description
The Preconstruction Manager will lead preconstruction services for assigned projects, including preparing estimates, assembling proposals, and negotiating with subcontractors. This role focuses on conceptual and hard dollar estimating, bid analysis, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with commercial construction projects, especially up to $25 million, is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, architectural, or construction)
- 3-5 years of estimating and bidding experience
- Proven ability to successfully lead estimates and bids of commercial construction projects
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and analytical skills
