Job Description
This Preconstruction Manager role leads preconstruction services for assigned projects, from conceptual estimating to bid preparation and contract administration. Responsibilities include creating estimates, gathering technical information, managing subcontractors, and ensuring accurate budget and scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction projects, including financial modeling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, architectural, construction, or construction management)
- 3-5 years of estimating and bidding experience
- Ability to lead estimates and bids of commercial construction projects up to $25 million
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Authorization to work in the United States
