Business Development Manager

Brinks Home is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow and support program representatives within the BHX-1099 field sales channel. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, sales training, pipeline management, performance tracking, and collaboration with various internal departments. It is a critical position within a leading smart security company focused on protecting people and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Familiarity with selling home security/automation is required.
• A record of demonstrating effectiveness in managing sales processes and sales representatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in B2C presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An enthusiastic and positive personality with a driven work ethic.
• Ability to manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, negotiation, and close.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Brinks Home products and services.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings.
• Use effective time and territory management.
• Be an active team player.
• Be an active team player both within the Authorized Representative Program and throughout Brinks Home
