Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Worldwide Medical Immunology & Cardiovascular, Medical Communications (Immunology) to shape and execute the global Medical Communications vision across the entire rheumatology portfolio.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) required
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with significant leadership in Medical Communications
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing and leading global teams
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing above-asset Medical Communications strategies
- Proven track record of driving innovation (digital, omnichannel, AI) and leading transformation
- Strong business acumen, with experience managing complex budgets and delivering results in a matrixed environment
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
