Job Description
We are looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist, Programmatic to join our finance team in Montreal, QC. The role involves preparing and sending invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and managing A/R aging. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, and payables in a high-growth international company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, and payables in a high-growth international company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Suite
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, A/R and A/P processes
- Performed a variety of month-end closing duties and A/R analysis
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Sage-Intacct
- Strong attention to detail
