Senior Representative, Collections

We are seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our team at Fairstone Financial. As a collections representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service while ensuring exceptional results in the collection of financial loans. You will work with past due customers to negotiate payment arrangements and use company-specific policies and procedures to maintain and coordinate firm payment recovery.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in call centre, customer service, collections, and/or consumer loan industry
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Tech savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Experience with skip tracing and credit bureaus
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays
