Job Description
Bron Tapes is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify new customers, build relationships, and close deals. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should be motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- 3+ years of B&C experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
- Minimum 1-year face-to-face outside sales experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM desirable
- NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable
- Industrial or B&C Distribution sales experience a plus
