Product Support Analyst

Bullhorn's Product Support Analyst is responsible for creating and delivering an incredible customer experience. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer problems, and sharing knowledge through the company's knowledge management system.

Requirements

• Answering incoming customer tickets via phone, email, and/or chat
• Partnering with customers to quickly identify challenges and technical issues
• Using software product knowledge to help fix important issues quickly
• Communicating with customers proactively to update them on progress
• Sharing knowledge gained from troubleshooting issues through the company's knowledge management system
