Customer Experience Manager (CXM)

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) to help scale magical customer experiences and maximize usage of our product. The role involves building real relationships with customers, driving adoption, and advocating for customer feedback internally.

Requirements

• Spend at least 4 hours per day on the phone with customers
• Own customer onboarding and implementation
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for assigned accounts
• Build deep relationships across stakeholder groups
• Lead product training sessions and drive adoption across entire organizations
