Engineer I

Maintain the integrity of building systems, operate in an efficient manner, and provide client services while maintaining positive client relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of maintenance technician/building engineer experience
• Comprehensive training and certification in HVAC and other building engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and NFC codes and regulations
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Licenses for applicable jurisdiction and equipment
• CFC certification
• SMT certification or enrollment in program
