Job Description
Maintain the integrity of building systems, operate buildings efficiently, and perform client services while maintaining positive client relations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent educational certification preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years experience as a Maintenance Technician/Building Engineer or equivalent field experience
- Comprehensive training and certification in HVAC and other technologies
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record when required
- Licenses for applicable jurisdiction and equipment as required based on location
- CFC certification for the type of equipment serviced
- SMT certification or enrollment in program preferred
