Job Description
Caesars Sportsbook is seeking a Ticket Writer to provide high-quality customer service, ensure compliance with regulations, and engage customers with a positive attitude. Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, internet navigation)
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Willingness to obtain a gaming license
- Strong commitment to high-level customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs
- Ability to write for long periods
