Job Description
Join the Calvary Hospital and Calvary @ Home team as an Admission RN in Westchester, working with patients and families to provide palliative care services. Develop strong relationships with hospitals and other referral sources through outreach, education, and networking.
Requirements
- Current nursing license to practice profession in the state where employee is providing service
- Current driver's license in state of residence. Possession of registered and insured motor vehicle
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. RN, BSN preferred
- Two years of experience working in an acute care setting
- One year of hospice experience, preferred
