Job Description
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, authoring, grooming and refining user stories for our Intelligent Intake and Workflow (IIW) platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, technology teams and cross-functional partners to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IDP, workflow and business rule automation, process improvement, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, working with incomplete information to drive clarity and actionable next steps.

- Base salary between $71,900- $119,800 annually
