Senior Analyst Data & Analytics

The Senior Data Analyst will lead and support initiatives that enhance the data ecosystem across data warehouse environments and Azure platforms. This role will play a critical role in managing complex client and advisor transactional data to ensure a'single source of truth'.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business partners and technical team to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
• Build, optimize, and maintain data models and dashboards using Power BI and SQL
• Work with large datasets from multiple systems, including those that are inconsistent, unclean or not fully modelled
• Develop deep familiarity with datasets stored across various platforms and source systems
• Partner with the technical team on strategic data initiatives and improvements to data quality
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with governance and compliance standards
• Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and implement automation to enhance efficiency
• Support ad hoc data inquiries and provide clear, concise analysis to drive confident decision‐making across the organization
