Job Description
CAPREIT is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves building relationships with residents, processing leases, and ensuring a smooth move-in process for new tenants. This is an entry-level position with the potential for career advancement within a well-regarded company.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license
