Job Description
The Regional Leasing Manager will support CAPREIT's mission to optimize leasing performance, reduce vacancies, and enhance revenue growth within the assigned portfolio. This role involves strategic partnership with operations and pricing teams, identification of leasing gaps, training, and development, and close collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. Responsibilities include analyzing leasing performance, securing leases, managing customer communications, and conducting audits.
