CancerIQ is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and nurture customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. This role focuses on maximizing the value of CancerIQ’s products, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, as well as playing a key role in the programmatic design of customer success initiatives.
