Corporate Governance Senior Professional

The Senior Professional will be responsible for assisting with the corporate governance and secretarial needs of certain KKR & Co. Inc. subsidiary and affiliate legal entities. The role will ensure that applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and reputational requirements are met with respect to internal corporate governance frameworks, corporate organizational documents, and fund constitutional documents.

Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary/Chartered Secretary (or part qualified) with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience having an in-depth knowledge and experience of Corporate Secretary / Corporate Governance as a function.
• Experience in a multinational finance shared services organization, globally recognized firm and/or private equity firm/alternative asset manager preferred.
• Experience with legal entity management globally helpful but not required
