Job Description
KKR seeks a strategic, results-driven professional to join the firm's Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Senior Professional based in Dublin. The role will support the strategic optimization of the end-to-end recruiting process, serve as Greenhouse system administrator, and support projects that streamline the Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR systems, or related strategic roles
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in financial services or professional services environment preferred
- Advanced site administration in Greenhouse
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), including enterprise-level implementations and integrations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Superior project management and change management experience
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to optimize systems, processes, and programs
- Team player with ability to develop relationships and collaborate with individuals across all levels
- Proven experience handling highly confidential candidate data
