KKR seeks a strategic, results-driven professional to join the firm's Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Senior Professional based in Dublin. This person will support the strategic optimization of our end-to-end recruiting process with a primary focus on serving as Greenhouse system administrator and supporting projects that streamline the Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR systems, or related strategic roles with demonstrated collaboration and execution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in financial services or professional services environment preferred
- Must have advanced site administration in Greenhouse as well as experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), including enterprise-level implementations and integrations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with proven experience presenting to senior leadership and C-suite executives
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (desired)
- Superior project management and change management experience with ability to support cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformation
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to optimize systems, processes, and programs through strategic thinking and continuous improvement methodologies
- Team player with ability to develop relationships and collaborate with individuals across all levels
- Proven experience handling highly confidential candidate data with demonstrated ability to maintain security controls, data access protocols, and compliance standards
