Requirements

• Completed studies with a personal relation or comparable training
• 2-3 years of work experience in the HR and Recruiting area, ideally in investment banking or consulting
• Well-developed communication skills
• High service and candidate orientation in exchange with hiring teams and applicants
• Hands-on mentality with self-initiative, engagement, and attention to detail
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Safe handling of MS Office
