Job Description
CSMART is seeking a full-time Electrical Instructor to contribute to the Operations department. This role focuses on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management, and company procedures through training and simulations. The instructor will deliver training to technical staff, develop new procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in the role of 1st Electrical Engineer at minimum
- Experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer / Superintendent in Marine Engineering
- Cruise Ship experience is preferred
- Experience in teaching/instructing is an asset
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work unassisted
