Job Description
CSMART is seeking a full-time Electrical Instructor to support the Operations department. The role focuses on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management, and company procedures through training and simulations. The Instructor will deliver training, develop new procedures, and follow-up with 'overperforming' and 'underperforming' participants. The company offers competitive salaries and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in the role of 1st Electrical Engineer at minimum.
- Experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer / Superintendent and SME in Marine Engineering is valuable.
- Cruise Ship experience is preferred.
- Experience in teaching/instructing would be an asset.
