Job Description
CSMART is seeking a full-time Electrical Instructor to join its Operations department. The role focuses on delivering training to technical staff and keeping up with technological advancements within the company and industry. The instructor will be responsible for developing training content, following delivery processes, and maintaining operational procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in the role of 1st Electrical Engineer at minimum
- Experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer / Superintendent and SME in Marine Engineering
- Cruise Ship experience is preferred
- Experience in teaching/instructing would be an asset
