Manager, Ethics and Compliance

The Manager of Ethics and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance programs across ships and shoresides. This role involves risk assessment, monitoring, reporting, policy development, and collaboration with business areas and leadership. The ideal candidate will be strong in compliance, risk management, and leadership within a global organization. They will ensure transparency, accountability, and a culture of integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• Certification in compliance or ethics (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred or employee is willing to obtain.
• Minimum 3-5 years in ethics, compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, anti-trust, ADA, data privacy).
• Experience managing confidential reporting mechanisms and conducting thorough investigations.
