The Manager of Ethics and Compliance will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's ethics and compliance programs across all brands. This role involves identifying, assessing, monitoring compliance risks, promoting a culture of integrity, and collaborating with business areas and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and a background in leadership within a global organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
- Certification in compliance or ethics (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years in ethics, compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience managing compliance programs in a global or multi-brand environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, anti-trust, ADA, data privacy).
