Job Description
The Manager, Ethics and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s ethics and compliance programs across all NA brands, including shipboard and shoreside. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on compliance risks, promoting a strong ethical commitment, and ensuring clear accountabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, compliance understanding, and a culture of integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field
- Certification in compliance or ethics (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred or employee is willing to obtain
- Minimum 3-5 years in ethics, compliance, or a related field
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, anti-trust, ADA, data privacy)
- Experience managing confidential reporting mechanisms
- Physical ability to work in a stationary position
- Strong leadership and team management skills
