Team Lead, Market Operations

Carvana is a company that sells cars online, and we're looking for a Team Lead to manage our Market Operations team. The Team Lead will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, managing the employee and customer experience, and driving production in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals
