Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of property owned through HUD/RD or Tax Credit. This role focuses on maximizing the financial returns of the properties, including leasing, collections, marketing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Community Manager will handle resident relations, maintain property standards, and ensure a positive atmosphere for both tenants and employees.
Requirements
- Implement strategies for enhancing the value of the assets.
- Process rent increases and track receivables.
- Manage property staff and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
