Job Description
Cascade Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, physical assets, and financial returns of assigned property, including HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties. The role involves coordinating business operations, managing resident services, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. The position is vital for maintaining property value and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
