Community Manager

The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, physical assets, and maximizing the financial returns of assigned property. The Community Manager must implement strategies for enhancing the value of the assets, process rent increase notices, track and reconcile properties' Accounts Receivables, and collect rents, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 to 3 years Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and insurance required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
