Community Manager

Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned property, maximizing financial returns, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 to 3 years Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
• Ability to remain organized, multi-task, and work well under pressure
