Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, including property, buildings, and landscaping. The role involves daily upkeep, routine maintenance, snow removal, and adherence to safety protocols. A full-time position with a $16-$19 per hour rate.
Requirements
- Clean common, amenity, and ground areas daily.
- Responsible for daily upkeep of properties and grounds including cleaning, trash removal, and landscaping.
- Pressure wash curbs, entrances, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
- Paint or clean signage.
