Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I/Groundskeeper to assist with building and grounds maintenance. The role involves minor plumbing, janitorial duties, trash removal, preventative maintenance, and tenant maintenance. Requirements
- Help the maintenance team with minor plumbing, janitorial, and related maintenance tasks.
- Ensure timely and appropriate completion of repairs.
- Pick up trash on grounds and keep buildings clear.
- Assist in tenant move-out inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
- Notify community manager of safety issues.
