Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help maintain buildings and grounds in a safe and orderly condition. This role involves minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, appliance upkeep, and landscaping. The company has been managing property management for 40+ years.
Requirements
- Maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, janitorial, and appliance upkeep.
- Ensure all repairs are handled in a timely manner.
- Initiate, perform, and oversee maintenance projects up to $300.
- Work with Community Manager on maintenance needs.
- Pick up trash and manage grounds.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections.
- Respond to after-hours calls and complete necessary repairs.
