Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help keep buildings and grounds clean, orderly, and safe. The position involves performing minor and routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and appliance upkeep, and ensuring all repairs are handled appropriately. Cascade Management provides property and asset management services.
Requirements
- Maintain building by performing minor and routine maintenance activities.
- Ensure all repairs are handled in a timely manner.
- Initiate, perform, and oversee maintenance projects up to $300.
- Work with Community Manager on anticipated maintenance needs.
