Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee the operation of a portfolio of communities. The role involves financial reporting, budget management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires a proactive individual with experience in Property Management and a strong commitment to high performance and customer service.
Requirements
- Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget for communities (annually).
- Track and report on the financial performance of communities.
- Implement strategies for enhancing the value of assets.
- Supervise staff and ensure achievement of performance expectations.
- Maintain property health through inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure quality maintenance of properties.
- Process payroll.
