Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee the operations of a diverse portfolio of communities. This role involves managing budgets, revenue streams, and operations to meet financial and compliance goals, while also ensuring high performance in areas like resident retention and service. The Manager will be responsible for team leadership and oversight, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of properties.
Requirements
- Supervise between 10 to 50 employees.
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance is required for travel.
- Bachelors degree (B.A./ B.S.) preferred.
- 3+ years of Community Management experience.
