Therapist I (Outpatient Sexual Abuse Prevention Treatment)

This position provides therapy, counseling and educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The purpose of this position is to be responsible for direct provision of therapy within the scope of their licensure or certification within the Behavioral Health program.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of three years experience in therapy or related experience
• State of Michigan certifications or licensure as specified per program
• Certification as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist with the Forensic Training Institute (preferred)
• Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals and Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate of MCBAP CAADC Development Plan (required if providing Substance Use Disorder Services)
• Bi-lingual; Spanish-Speaking individual (preferred)

Benefits

• Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually
