Therapist I (Outpatient Sexual Abuse Prevention Treatment)

The Therapist I (Outpatient Sexual Abuse Prevention Treatment) position provides therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, and represents the Agency in the field.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of three years experience in therapy or related experience
• State of Michigan certifications or licensure as specified per program
• Certification as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist with the Forensic Training Institute (preferred)
• Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals and Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate of MCBAP CAADC Development Plan (required if providing Substance Use Disorder Services)
• Bi-lingual; Spanish-Speaking individual is preferred
