Therapist I (Outpatient Sexual Abuse Prevention Treatment)

The purpose of this position is to provide direct provision of therapy, counseling and educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups within the scope of licensure or certification. This position represents the Agency in the field and provides therapeutic services for Outpatient Sexual Abuse Prevention Treatment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of three years experience in therapy or related experience
• State of Michigan certifications or licensure as specified per program
• Certification as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist with the Forensic Training Institute (preferred)
• Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals and Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate (required if providing Substance Use Disorder Services)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Benefits
