We are looking for an accomplished and driven Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our SAP solutions portfolio across the China market. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in enterprise software sales, a solid grasp of SAP technologies, and a successful history of navigating complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 2 years focused on SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP offerings (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Adept at working across diverse organizational structures and cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically/ internationally as needed.
- Prior experience selling SAP solutions as a partner or direct SAP employee.
- Existing relationship with Senior level executives from SAP centric organizations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific SAP applications (e.g., manufacturing, financial services, retail)
- In-depth understanding of the Chinese enterprise market and procurement processes.
