Requirements
- Market Development: Identify and implement strategies to effectively penetrate the China markets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to customers and addressing challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new business contacts.
- Pipeline Development: Create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x the quota in pipeline opportunities.
