Director of Implementation

As a Director of Implementation, you'll lead a high-performing team to deliver complex programs at scale, driving governance, reporting, and executive visibility into implementation performance, risk, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong strategic thinking and organizational design skills
• Deep expertise in program management frameworks and change management principles
• Executive presence with proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate operational data into strategic insight and clear decision pathways
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, telehealth deployment, or technology-enabled service delivery models
• Proven people leader who fosters accountability, development, and empowerment across teams
