Requirements
- Identify, develop, and execute expansion opportunities within assigned accounts in the Public Sector and FSI verticals.
- Build and nurture relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, including executive stakeholders.
- Understand client business objectives and operational challenges, and articulate how Celonis solutions can deliver measurable impact.
- Lead account expansion activities, including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Value Engineers and Customer Success Managers to design tailored solutions, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Partner with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and other ecosystem players to identify and execute joint expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM records to ensure visibility and alignment across the sales organization.
