Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking recent graduates to join their Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program offers hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of Cemex's operations, rotating through various roles in Cement production, processing, quality control, and operations. The program aims to provide participants with skills for future career growth within Cemex USA.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering, Mining/Materials Science Engineering, or a related field
- GPA of 2.5 or above (preferable)
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry (preferred)
