Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking driven recent graduates to join its Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program offers hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Cement division, with rotations across various roles, including Safety, Operations, and Data Management. The goal is to provide skills for future career growth within Cemex USA.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Mining, or Materials Science Engineering or related).
- GPA of 2.5 or higher (3.0 preferred).
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning.
- Fluency in analytical and presentation skills.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a heavy or manufacturing industry (preferable).
