Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking motivated recent graduates to join their Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program provides hands-on experience, rotations through different Cement operations (Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management), and offers opportunities to develop skills for a future with Cemex. It focuses on safety, learning, networking, and innovation.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree in a related field
- GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for 3.0 or higher
- Leadership qualities and proactive learning approach
- Analytical and presentation skills
